Stephen Guth has over 15-years of negotiation experience, domestically and internationally, as both a buyer and a seller, and has worked for Ryder System, Dell Computer, and Aflac Insurance. He is a
graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and is a summa cum laude graduate of Saint Leo University. He also received a Master’s Certificate in Commercial Contract Management from George
Washington University. Stephen is a Certified Commercial Contract Manager, Certified Purchasing Manager, Certified Technology Procurement Executive, and a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.
Stephen also teaches procurement-related courses as an adjunct professor with the University of Maryland University College’s Graduate School of Management and Technology and serves on the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee of the National Contract Management Association Board of Directors.
