A Downloadable RFx Process Checklist
I'm one for having documented policies and procedures, but sometimes format and the use of "proper" English overshadows functionality--making policies and procedures hard to use in day-to-day work activities.
To that end, I developed (and attached) an RFx Process Checklist that staff can use to make sure they're doing all the things they need to do during an RFx project. The RFx Process Checklist includes embedded files at the end of the document that have examples of work product used during the RFx Process, such as a form e-mail to notify vendors they haven't been selected (and that tells the vendors in a nice way not to bug you about it until you've negotiated a contract with the finalist).
